Who is collecting it? For what purpose?
POLESIA S.R.L. collects data to allow access and purchase of products sold on the e-commerce www.florchis.com in order to streamline processes, access order history, and manage shipping addresses. Such data can be deleted/modified at any time by the user in their account management.
POLESIA S.R.L. uses the data provided by the user and related cookies (cookie policy) for the following purposes:

POLESIA S.R.L. transfers user data only in the case of an order placed to Shopify as the provider of the management platform on which the e-commerce is based. POLESIA S.R.L. guarantees that it does not transfer data to any other third party. In the case of payment via the Paypal platform, the shipping address is communicated to Paypal in order to meet the security requirements of the platform itself.
What if I buy with Scalapay?
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you have chosen. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties, and their assignees, and you authorize this assignment.
Is the data management system secure?
All data stored on servers meets the highest security standards. POLESIA S.R.L. constantly strives to protect and keep data secure, not allowing access to it by people outside the company or unauthorized personnel.
Data processing duration
The data provided by the user will remain in the database of the site www.florchis.com of POLESIA S.R.L. until the account is deleted by the user or the site administrators.
How can I delete my data from the site?
POLESIA S.R.L. guarantees the “right to be forgotten” provided by the new EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). The user may decide to delete their account and/or newsletter subscription at any time by accessing their account. The history of data provided by the user will be instantly deleted along with their profile. Only records of any orders placed on the site www.florchis.com will remain, as they are necessary for compliance with e-commerce regulations.
