We accept returns within 14 days from receiving the order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and complete with packaging.

How to make a return

2 You will receive instructions for shipping the return via email.

3 Ship the item in its original condition with complete packaging.

Refund

Once the return is received, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within a few working days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.

Exceptions

Some items, such as personalized or special edition products, may not be eligible for return.
